डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचे विचार हीच नव्या पिढीची खरी गरज; नागपुरात कार्यशाळेचे यशस्वी आयोजन

नागपूर: डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर अभ्यास मंडळाच्या वतीने नुकतेच नागपूर येथे एका विशेष कार्यशाळेचे (Workshop) आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. या कार्यशाळेत 'इंडियन अलायन्स मूव्हमेंट' (Indian Alliance Movement - IAM) चे शेखर सोळगावकर आणि धम्म शिबिर आयोजक ॲड. अर्चना डोंगरे यांनी उपस्थित राहून मार्गदर्शन केले. सकाळी ११ ते संध्याकाळी ४ या वेळेत पार पडलेल्या या कार्यशाळेत तरुणांचा उत्स्फूर्त सहभाग पाहायला मिळाला. कार्यशाळेच्या पहिल्या सत्रात शेखर सोळगावकर आणि ॲड. अर्चना डोंगरे यांनी डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या जीवनावर आधारित एक विशेष प्रश्नावली (Quiz/Questionnaire) मांडली. या माध्यमातून उपस्थितांना बाबासाहेबांच्या जीवनातील संघर्ष, त्यांचे शिक्षण आणि त्यांनी राष्ट्रासाठी दिलेल्या योगदानाबद्दल प्रश्न विचारण्यात आले. केवळ प्रश्न विचारून न थांबता, सोळगावकर यांनी प्रत्येक प्रश्नाचे उत्तर देताना त्यामागचा इतिहास आणि सविस्तर माहिती देऊन बाबासाहेबांचे पैलू उलगडून दाखवले. दुपारच्या सत्रात 'बाबासाहेबांना अपेक्षित कार्य आणि पुढील पिढीच्या जबाबदाऱ्या' या विषयावर अभ्यासपूर्ण व्याख्यान झाले. यावेळी बोलताना मान्यवरांनी खालील मुद्द्यांवर भर दिला:

वैचारिक स्पष्टता: नवीन पिढीने केवळ बाबासाहेबांच्या घोषणा न देता, त्यांचे विचार वाचले आणि पचवले पाहिजेत.

सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व: समाजात काम करताना केवळ स्वतःचा विकास न पाहता 'पे बॅक टू सोसायटी' (Pay Back to Society) या तत्त्वावर काम करणे गरजेचे आहे.

अखंड कार्य: बाबासाहेबांना अपेक्षित असलेला प्रबुद्ध भारत घडवण्यासाठी तरुणांनी शैक्षणिक आणि सामाजिक क्षेत्रात पुढाकार घ्यावा. आजच्या धावपळीच्या आणि सोशल मीडियाच्या युगात नवीन पिढीला महापुरुषांच्या मूळ विचारांपासून दूर जाण्यापासून वाचवण्यासाठी अशा प्रकारची शिबिरे आणि वर्कशॉप्स ही काळाची गरज झाली आहे. "केवळ जयंती साजरी करणे पुरेसे नसून, त्यांचे विचार आचरणात आणण्यासाठी सातत्याने अशा उपक्रमांची गरज आहे," असे मत आयोजकांनी व्यक्त केले. या कार्यशाळेच्या यशस्वी आयोजनासाठी डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर अभ्यास मंडळाच्या कार्यकर्त्यांनी आणि पदधिकाऱ्यांनी विशेष परिश्रम घेतले.

 

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's Thoughts Are the True Need of the New Generation; Successful Workshop Organized in Nagpur

Nagpur: A special workshop was recently organized in Nagpur by the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Study Circle. Shekhar Solgaonkar of the 'Indian Alliance Movement' (IAM) and Dhamma camp organizer Adv. Archana Dongre attended the workshop and provided guidance to the participants. Held from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from the youth. During the first session of the workshop, Shekhar Solgaonkar and Adv. Archana Dongre presented a special quiz (questionnaire) based on the life of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Through this medium, attendees were asked questions regarding the struggles in Babasaheb's life, his education, and the contributions he made to the nation. Not stopping at merely asking questions, Solgaonkar elucidated various facets of Babasaheb's personality by providing the historical context and detailed information behind the answer to each question. The afternoon session featured an insightful lecture on the topic, "The Work Envisioned by Babasaheb and the Responsibilities of the Next Generation." Speaking on this occasion, the dignitaries emphasized the following key points:

Ideological Clarity: The new generation must not merely chant Babasaheb's slogans; they must read and internalize his thoughts.

Social Responsibility: While working within society, it is essential to operate on the principle of 'Pay Back to Society' rather than focusing solely on one's own personal development.

Continuous Endeavor: To realize the 'Enlightened India' (Prabuddha Bharat) envisioned by Babasaheb, the youth must take the initiative in both the educational and social spheres. In today's fast-paced world—an era dominated by social media—such camps and workshops have become the need of the hour to prevent the new generation from drifting away from the core ideologies of these great historical figures. "Merely celebrating a birth anniversary is not sufficient; there is a continuous need for such initiatives to put their ideals into practice," the organizers opined. The activists and office-bearers of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Study Circle put in special efforts to ensure the successful organization of this workshop.
